I’ve just spotted this neat video from Stephan Kesting’s YouTube channel where Elliott Bayev and Ostap Manastyrski demonstrate an effective setup from spider guard position to omoplata submission.
The technique is rather simple but very effective as demonstrated, and is definitely one to try out next time you’re on the mat to help perfect your ground game. As we know, the little things count!
