Achieving your first Dan is a momentous occasion for anyone. You’ve worked hard for a number of years, took the bumps and the injuries, and slogged through to reach the coveted black belt where the journey truly begins. When you’ve been awarded your belt, sometimes you want to customise it, be it for identification reasons (don’t wanna get yours mixed up with someone else’s in the club), symbolism of your journey or for pure vanity reasons. They also make a great gift!
Blitz Sport have announced they have brought back the black belt embroidery service with a number of preset designs available in colours of your choice. If you simply require Dan grade bars added to your belt, they do that too. If it’s something completely custom you’re after, you can choose to have one ended or two ended embroidery.
Blitz will provide the belt from a choice of Standard Silk Black Belt, Deluxe Silk Black Belt and Deluxe Cotton Black Belt in a number of sizes ranging from 240cm to 340cm in length. You cannot send in your own belt as, if it got lost in transit, there’s no way to compensate.
