NEW SPIRIT XE395 ENT ELLIPTICAL The Spirit XE395 ENT is Spirit’s top of the range elliptical providing a 10.1” ( 25.6cm) Touch Screen console and a range of features that help achieve what the elliptical was originally designed to do, which is to simulate the motion of walking or running without the impact of the ground below your feet. If you hung from a harness and pretended to run your feet would make the shape of a perfect ellipse and that is what an elliptical trainer should achieve and Spirit ellipticals do this better than most. When you climb onto the Spirit XE395 ENT you know you are about to use a quality machine. The first thing you notice is the user friendly touch screen with a tilt and swivel tablet holder for your Smartphone or tablet. If you download fitness Apps such as Swift or KinoMaps to your phone or tablet you can then mirror them to the touch screen and open up a whole new interactive workout experience. On either side of the screen is the multi grip handle bars with incline controls on one side to take you through 20 levels of elevation. When you elevate the stride you change the ellipse into a stepping motion, which then engages different muscle groups. On the opposite handle bars are resistance controls with 20 levels of resistance. At the front of the console are static hand grip pulse sensors. If you wish to further customise the 20” stride the oversized cushioned foot plates have 3 angle adjustment, so you can personalise the way the stride feels. The dual rail track system and the 14kg flywheel guarantees a smooth ride no matter what the level of intensity or the weight of the user. PLEASE NOTE: Spirit equipment must be positioned in a suitable environment. It needs to be kept away from damp rooms, dusty concrete floors, areas with a constant airflow to exterior areas and rooms with high changes in temperature. If you are going to put it into a garage then the garage must be insulated. Not following this criteria could void your warranty.
