The punch bag features a heavy-duty PVC shell designed to take a serious beating and a stable base that can be filled with water or sand. It is height adjustable from 142cm to 165cm (56'-65') and provides a combination of durability, flexibility and impact absorption to let you practice different punching and kicking combinations. The gloves have an open palm design and comfortable finger compartments for a flexible fit and an improved grip. For added knuckles protection and increased impact absorption, they offer additional padding over the thumb and 25mm thick EVA foam in a striking area.
