YORK BARBELL 540 HEAVY DUTY FOLDING BENCH & SQUAT RACK The York Barbell 540 Folding Bench with Squat Rack is the perfect home bench where space is at a premium. A great deal of thought has gone into the design of the 540 bench. On the inside of the uprights are 4 hooks on either side that the backrest support bar fits. The 4 x holes are there to position the barbell supports. No matter where you position the backrest you will always be able to place the barbell in its optimum position for both bench press and squat exercises. The clever design of the bench also means that there is plenty of space at the rear of the unit to perform squats. The backrest can go from decline all the way to a 90 degree upright position for shoulder press workouts and the seat can also be angled too provide additional support during incline press exercises. The leg extension/leg curl has a ‘unicorn peg’ for standard plates to slide on providing resistance and two more pegs at the rear of the bench are for additional weight plate storage. When you have finished your workout the bench folds away to less than half its size.
